MZ100

MZ 100 is designed for PPG applications, and is a single cylinder, two-cycle air-cooled engine, built from modern materials, innovative design and state of the art manufacturing methods. The Nikasil bore gives the engine a long life without adding unnecessary weight.

MZ34
The MZ34 is a
single cylinder, two-cycle air-cooled engine, built from modern materials,
innovative design and state of the art manufacturing methods. The Nikasil bore
gives the engine a long life without adding unnecessary weight and the ignition
system is fully electronic for maximum reliability and minimum maintenance.
Engine weight is a mere 19 Kg (42 lbs.) ready to fly (less propeller) and is
supplied complete with reduction drive, electric starter, recoil starter,
automatic decompression valve and exhaust.

MZ35
The MZ35 is a
carburettor single-cylinder engine much like the MZ34 the only difference being
that the carburettor is positioned in such a way to allow for its long, narrow
shape, specially designed for mounting on powered gliders as a silent
retractable engine. The cylinder is made of aluminium alloy coated with Nikasil
to ensure low weight. The engine weighs 19kg (42 lbs.) with electric ignition,
reduction drive, automatic decompression device and exhaust.

MZ201
The MZ 201 is a two cylinder,
two-cycle air-cooled engine, derived from the MZ202 and rated at 45 Hp, a second
generation two stroke engine. At this power output we are able to use our belt
reduction drive system and the engine does not require forced air cooling, but
that is dependant on installation detail. The torque curve is very flat and
optimised for driving a propeller, this together with double CDI ignition system
and a single Tillotson diaphragm carburetor give reduced fuel consumption. The
MZ201 is supplied with electric starter, recoil starter, exhaust system, wiring
harness, air filter and belt reduction, complete weight is only 31 kg (69 lbs)
Options available are: RZ2 gear box with clutch, and fan cooling.

MZ202
The powerful lightweight MZ 202 is a
two cylinder, two-cycle air-cooled engine, a union of modern materials
innovative design and state of the art manufacturing methods. Forced air cooling
together with Nikasil bores give better thermal properties without adding
unnecessary weight and complexity to the engine. A fully electronic duel
ignition system for maximum reliability and minimum maintenance, with a 180 Watt
alternator providing ample power for most requirements, and fuelling is by means
of dual Bing 54 carburettors. The MZ202 weight is a mere 40kg (88 lbs) including
muffler and gear box. All models are supplied complete with electric starter,
wiring harness and exhaust system.

MZ301
The powerful MZ 301, with its
3-cylinders in line, may be the best possible layout for a two-stroke engine. It
is virtually vibration-free and has a very smooth power delivery. Three sparks
per revolution make this engine extremely elastic with low fuel consumption and
manufacturing with state-of-the-art technology has made it possible to keep
weight down to 53kg (117lbs). It comes complete with: Electric starter, 3 into 1
exhaust manifold, direct drive forced fan cooling and the RZ2 gearbox with
clutch
